Consciousness is an ever-deepening, ever-expanding process that never ends. Fortunately it does become easier and more rewarding. But sometimes it gets harder before it gets easier. Sometimes we have to go through deep levels of emotional healing before it starts to get better. Wherever you are in the process, don´t be discouraged. Everyone has a unique timetable. Don´t feel that it´s taking too long or that you should have done it quicker. It very much depends on individual life experiences, Some people have had more pain and trauma in their early lives than others and therefore the depth and extent of their healing process may be greater. But the good thing to remember is that whatever depth you´ve had to go to in your healing process is what you have to offer others in their healing process.
