Your Healing Process Helps Others

Whether or not you are in one of the healing or helping professions, just going through your own healing process is inspirational and helpful to anyone else who´s dealing with the same kinds of issues that you are.
Helping others is an inevitable part of this process; it´s not something you have to try to do. One way or another you will automatically pass on to others what you´ve learned, as part of completing your own healing process. You´ll find that there are people around you with the same issues or those with similar problems who gravitate to you in some way. You may find yourself sharing your experiences, or you may not ever talk about them. It´s just that your life experience is present in your energy field. Other people feel it, they benefit from it, and they receive a life change from making contact with you or being around you.

So now you know that these things can happen. I always seem to have people walking up to me at a bus stop and telling me their life-story up to the point that the bus arrives. Well, sometimes they tend to run late on those occasions. cool Or at the supermarket. I can actually spot when people go to great lengths to “accidentally” bump into me. They are in another line at the cash register and suddenly they decide they need to get in mine, which is far longer!

I respect my own process. I don´t need to rush things.

You Have Your Own Timetable

Consciousness is an ever-deepening, ever-expanding process that never ends. Fortunately it does become easier and more rewarding. But sometimes it gets harder before it gets easier. Sometimes we have to go through deep levels of emotional healing before it starts to get better.


Wherever you are in the process, don´t be discouraged. Everyone has a unique timetable. Don´t feel that it´s taking too long or that you should have done it quicker. It very much depends on individual life experiences, Some people have had more pain and trauma in their early lives than others and therefore the depth and extent of their healing process may be greater. But the good thing to remember is that whatever depth you´ve had to go to in your healing process is what you have to offer others in their healing process.

I am learning to love myself unconditionally.

Unconditional Love

The higher intelligence of the universe loves us all unconditionally, and when we are in contact with that we experience a moment of unconditional love.
But human love is conditional. It´s related to the needs and wants of our inner child. Trying to be unconditionally loving is an attempt to repress and deny your human self and be identified only with your spiritual self.
We need to allow our spiritual self to unconditionally love our human self, who is not unconditionally loving. We need first and foremost to learn to love our own experiences and our own process. Learn to accept your own personality for everything that it feels, including anger, hatred, selfishness, judgmentalness, and all the other things that you feel are a part of the human experience. You can love other people only to the degree that you’ve come to love and accept yourself. That’s just the way it is.

On our journey of self-development, we often focus on what we still need to achieve. However, it is crucial to also recognize what we have already accomplished.

Take a moment to create a gratitude list. Write down how you have transformed and the gifts you have welcomed into your life. Acknowledge your dedication to personal growth. Consider how your family and friends have contributed to your journey. Don’t forget to include those individuals who have been significant mirrors and teachers in your healing process.

Close your eyes and visualize all the wonderful things that have occurred in your life. Feel gratitude for each of these gifts with your whole heart.
