Asking for Guidance
If you have a problem that you need help with, try this technique. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and relax deeply. Imagine that you are in touch with your deepest inner wisdom. Formulate the problem in your mind, and ask for guidance from that inner source. Relax for a few minutes and be receptive to any feelings, images, or thoughts that come to you. The guidance may come to you right away, or it may come within the next few hours or days.
