Bring your idea or mental picture to mind often, both in quiet meditation periods and also casually throughout the day when you happen to think about it. This way it becomes an integrated part of your life. It becomes more a reality for you and you project it more successfully. Focus on it clearly, yet in a light and gentle way. It is important not to feel like you are working too hard for it, or putting excessive amounts of energy into it. That would hinder rather than help.
