Some of our spiritual models reflect our ¨good ideas¨ more than they reveal an actual picture of a conscious life. Many of us want to be mellow, positive, and loving all the time, which really is an expression of our need to feel in control, instead of allowing and trusting our true feelings to show As we release our need to control, and trust ourselves more and more to allow the full range of our feelings to emerge, we naturally experience the ecstasy of life.
It´s safe for me to release control and experience the ecstasy of life.
