In the process of learning to trust your intuition, many old feelings and deep emotional patterns will come to the surface to be healed and released. Feelings of sadness, fear, pain, guilt, and anger may come up. Allow yourself to consciously experience and accept these feelings; as you do so they will naturally begin to release and heal. As the light of awareness penetrates every cell of your body, it dispels the darkness.
