Children do not need us to behave perfectly. They do need us to create an example of how to live effectively in the world of form. They need our imperfect “humaneness.” As we live our lives, they watch us and notice how we express our feelings and our dreams, and they imitate us. Being very perceptive and pragmatic, they copy what we actually do, not what we say. The more we are true to ourselves, the more we give them permission to be true to themselves.

 Finding your own fulfillment

Other peopkle are seldom able to fulfill our needs consistently, so we become disappointed and frustrated. We either try to change others, which never works, or resign ourselves to accept less than we really want. When another person disappoints us it may be a message that it’s time to look to ourselves for fulfillment and satisfaction at that moment. Acknowledging our need

It is the hidden unacknowledged needs that cause us to seem needy. They don’t come out directly, but are expressed indirectly, or telepathically. We need reflections

Facing our unconsciousness

Do Less
