Intuition Meditation

Get in a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and relax. Take several deep slow, long breaths and as you exhale each time, imagine relaxing your body and relaxing your mind. Then imagine moving your awareness into a very deep place inside you – deep in your solar plexus or your belly. Keep going deeper until you find a quiet resting place inside. Imagine that in that deep space you contact your inner truth. Ask if there is a message for you or something you need to know or remember. Or ask a specific question. Then relax and feel or ´listen´ to what comes to you. It may be a thought, a feeling, or an image. Just receive whatever comes. Don´t try to figure it out with your mind or you will block the process. If it seems like nothing happens, don´t worry about it. Practice this regularly in a relaxed way, and you will begin to feel in touch with your intuition.
