What does it mean to take care of yourself? It means trusting and following your intuition, taking time to listen to all of your feelings including the feelings of the child within you that is sometimes hurt or scared. It means responding with caring, love, and appropriate action. It means putting your most important inner needs first and trusting that everyone else’s needs will get taken care of, that everything that needs to be done will be handled. It means trusting that the universe is looking after each and every one of us.

Forgiving yourself

Forgiving and releasing

What I am right now

If we pretend to be more enlightened than we really are, we will miss an opportunity to heal ourselves. Admitting our limitations can make us feel vulnerable, yet it is very freeing.

A solid base of trust

We are unafraid to the same degree that we experience the presence of the universe in our own body. Our own special path

Let things fall apart

A Clearing Process

Here is a basic clearing process that you can use to clear out negative beliefs in order to attain a goal. First, state your goal in the form of an affirmation.
