Forgiving yourself
Write down the names of everyone you think of in your life whom you feel you have hurt and what you did to them. Close your eyes, relax, and imagine each person. Tell him or her what you did and ask them to forgive you and give you their blessing. Then picture them doing so. When you have finished this process, write, “I forgive myself and release my feelings of guilt.” Do this as often as you need to.
