Trust yourself
People generally react with fear when it’s suggested that they trust themselves and follow their body’s needs. They are afraid they’ll stay in bed all day, eat chocolates and get fat. If you have food addictions, be sure to get counselling and group support to discover underlying causes and stop the addictive behaviour. Practice listening to and following what your body really wants. Treat yourself. You will start to look and feel as your spirit is – alive and energized, beautiful and young.
