Take a good look at how external problems reflect your inner process. If you learn from your experiences and grow, your relationships will grow also.

Ask for images of male and female

Get in a comfortable position, close your eyes, relax your body. Now bring to your mind an image that represents your inner female. Take a look at your female and get a sense or a feeling of what she represents to you. Ask her if she has anything she would like to say to you and/or ask her any questions you may have. Finding our wholeness

In the past men have desperately needed women to provide them with the nurturing, intuitive, and emotional support they need, and women have been dependent on men to take care of them and provide for them in the physical world. It seems like a perfect arrangement, except for one problem. When you don’t feel whole, as an individual, when you feel your survival depends on others, you are constantly afraid of losing them.

We have been struggling with these “old male” and “old female” roles for many generations. So it is wonderful that we are beginning to discover that each of us has all the qualities within to be whole.

Exploring our fantasies

At times fantasies can tell us how we really want to be expressing ourselves. We sometimes have a strong sense of what we would like to do, yet we take up a very different career. We feel we need a career that is more practical or will gain the approval of our parents or the world.

Spirit and Form

Spirit is the essence of consciousness, the energy of the universe that creates all things. Each one of us is part of that spirit – a divine entity. So the spirit is the higher self, the eternal being that lives within us.
