Face your fears
If you have a lot of heavy emotions riding on whether you attain a goal, you may tend to work against yourself. In that case, it may be most effective and appropriate to work first on your feelings about the matter. You may have to take a good look at what you fear about achieving or not achieving your goal. Affirmations and clearing processes can help you feel more confident and secure.
Once you acknowledge the emotions and fears you have about your desire, you come to a place of greater peace with yourself. Paradoxically, this often clears the way for the original goal to be realized.
