For some of us, there is a certain reluctance to seek help, perhaps because we fear it is an indication of weakness, sickness, or craziness. Personally, I have sought therapy of various types at many times in my life and it has helped me greatly as long as I trusted my own intuition about who to work with, when to stop, and so on. We give ourselves a great gift when we ask for help.

Take action

The key to asserting yourself is to take action on your feelings and intuition. We are not alone

Once we accept the reality of a higher power operating in the universe, channeled through our intuition, it becomes clear that our personal problems, and even world problems, are actually caused by not respecting that intuition. Personal and social problems are a result of fear and the suppression of our intuition.

Exploring our fantasies

At times fantasies can tell us how we really want to be expressing ourselves. We sometimes have a strong sense of what we would like to do, yet we take up a very different career. We feel we need a career that is more practical or will gain the approval of our parents or the world.

Take a moment

Trust the deepest feelings you get and act on them. If they are truly from your intuition, you will find that they lead to a feeling of greater aliveness and power, and more opportunities will begin to open up.
