Feel and enjoy sexual energy
To be in a state of innocence about our sexuality, we first have to recognize how we deny or distort our feelings. For example, if you feel attracted to someone you meet at a party, do you notice yourself trying to manipulate them toward a sexual encounter? We do not need to make anything happen. If it is appropriate for something more to happen, it will happen in a relaxed, natural way.
