Release the old, receive the new

Sit or lie down, relax, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. As you exhale, imagine that you are letting go of everything you don’t want or need. Imagine that your old patterns and limitations are greatly dissolving. As you exhale and release the old, you create space for something new. As you inhale, you breathe in life energy. Imagine a new way of life opening up, filled with aliveness and vitality.

With every breath, I release the old and receive the new.

A source deep within

As we explore the process of creating our own reality, we begin to realize that the creative power we are feeling is coming from some source other than our personality. It seems to come from some other place deep within ourselves. We become interested in discovering what this creative force is and how it works. We realize the “it” (our higher self) knows more than “I¨ (our personality self). We find out what the inner guidance is telling us and follow it.

I feel creative power coming from deep within me.
