Experiencing our feelings

When we have suppressed and closed off our feelings, we cannot contact the universe within us. We cannot hear our intuitive voice, and we certainly can´t enjoy being alive. When we are willing to fully experience a particular feeling, such as fear, anger, loneliness, or confusion and embrace that emotion without judgment, the blocked energy releases quickly and the feeling dissolves, allowing us to feel more peaceful and open.

I accept and experience all my feelings.

Spirit and Form

Spirit is the essence of consciousness, the energy of the universe that creates all things. Each one of us is part of that spirit – a divine entity. So the spirit is the higher self, the eternal being that lives within us.

Form is the physical world, body, mind, and personality. We as spiritual beings, created the physical world as a place to learn. We´re here to learn how to master the process of creation – to learn how to channel the creative energy of spirit into physical form consiously.

We are in charge of our own journey

When someone dies, they are consciously or unconsciously choosing to leave this physical body. On the physical plane, it may appear that they are victims of disaster or deadly disease, but spiritually, they are in charge of their own journey. Their soul knows what it is doing even if their personality does not. When you start to believe this, you will also feel it telepathically and it will ease the pain of your loss. It is possible to grieve while knowing that the higher self of your loved one has chosen this path at this time, just as you also will choose your path and your time.

Unconditional Love

The higher intelligence of the universe loves us all unconditionally, and when we are in contact with that we experience a moment of unconditional love.
But human love is conditional. It´s related to the needs and wants of our inner child. Trying to be unconditionally loving is an attempt to repress and deny your human self and be identified only with your spiritual self.
We need to allow our spiritual self to unconditionally love our human self, who is not unconditionally loving. We need first and foremost to learn to love our own experiences and our own process. Learn to accept your own personality for everything that it feels, including anger, hatred, selfishness, judgmentalness, and all the other things that you feel are a part of the human experience. You can love other people only to the degree that you’ve come to love and accept yourself. That’s just the way it is.

Allow the form to change

When we don’t know how to allow the form of a relationship to change while still honoring the underlying love and connection, it causes pain in that relationship. When you are deeply involved with another being, that connection lasts forever. After you have learned a great deal from being with someone, the energy between you may eventually diminish to the point where you no longer need to interact on a personality level as much, or at all. Yet, the connection between your two spirits remains strong. Sometimes the energy renews itself again on another level.
